- We currently ship across India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
- A small shipping fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible pin codes.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
6. Order Tracking
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email/SMS.

7. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.

- If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, reshipping may incur additional charges.
